Terms
These terms outline how CloudOpsync presents DevOps and cloud engineering services through this website.
Project scope, deliverables, access, payment schedule, response windows, handover requirements, and support terms should be defined in a written proposal or agreement before implementation begins.
No website content creates a guaranteed uptime commitment, emergency response promise, or fixed service-level agreement unless those details are explicitly defined in a client contract.
Architecture Advisor output, guides, and website content are preliminary educational guidance. Production architecture, security controls, migration windows, rollback paths, and monitoring plans require technical review against the actual application and environment.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate context, authorized access, and safe channels for credentials or secrets. CloudOpsync does not request production secrets through public website forms.
