Privacy Policy

This privacy policy explains how CloudOpsync handles inquiry information submitted through the website.

Inquiry data may include name, work email, company, project details, infrastructure context, budget range, and timeline. This information is used to respond to the inquiry and prepare practical recommendations.

If configured for production, contact form messages and lead records may be processed through the configured email provider, currently Brevo. Forgot-password rate limiting may use Upstash Redis when configured. Account and password-reset records are stored in MongoDB when authentication is enabled.

The Cloud Architecture Advisor collects technical planning inputs submitted by an authenticated user to generate preliminary infrastructure guidance. Advisor output is not a production guarantee and should be reviewed before implementation.

This website uses Google Analytics 4, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to understand aggregate traffic, navigation, and engagement so that content and services can be improved. Analytics collects anonymized usage data such as pages visited, referrer, approximate location, and device category. This data is not used to identify individual visitors and is retained according to Google's data-retention settings. You can opt out through your browser's tracking-prevention settings or by disabling JavaScript.

This website does not currently load third-party advertising trackers.

Production credentials, secrets, API keys, and private infrastructure details should only be shared through agreed secure channels after an engagement scope is confirmed.

For privacy questions or data-removal requests, contact support@cloudopsync.com.
